My students are Title I students that live in a socio-economically challenged neighborhood. There are very few safe places outside of school for them to move and play. My students attend my class because they are struggling in reading. Along with this struggle they often have movement and behavior problems. I provide hand motoring tools for them to fiddle with while learning to read. This has helped many of them make progress. Getting them off of rigid chairs and onto chairs that move will enhance their learning.
