Every week I supply students with online learning road map. I am using various platforms like epic!, Imagine Learning, Imagine Math and even Go Noodle; however, my students love it when I record myself. I read them stories, greetings, video conferencing and every week I do a segment called Foodie Friday where I teach them food related activities that showcase the letter of the week. This week I did a lesson on guacamole for the letter G! Through my Foodie Friday lessons I teach them new vocabulary, cooking skills, encourage them to try new foods and even practice fine motor skills like spreading and dicing. The technology I use to record myself is my phone. My phone is very old and I have really been struggling due to my old technology. I spend hours editing my videos so they are just right but I know they could be better and I could do more if I had a good recording device to use.
