My fifth grade students are eager learners who attend school in a low-income community with limited resources. These students need to be able to access different ways of learning new concepts in a way that will keep them engaged and motivated. This is more so with the new Language Arts program that was adopted within our school district. The majority of my students have no access to any computer at home. The only time they have access to any computer or Internet outside of school is if they visit their local library or visit someone who does.
