My student’s love to act and role-play different character’s in stories. I would love to find a way to capture their story and make it noticeable for their friends and families. With an iPad and a protective case, I will be able to record my student’s story. My students are so creative and engaged when they act out and retell a story. When they performing in front of their classmates they make the stories come to life with dancing, singing, and facial expression. Some of their favorite stories to role-play are The Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and other Fairy Tale stories. I want to be able to capture these memorable moments and share it with their friends and families. I would use the iPad with an app to create a digital portfolio for each individual child. Parents would be able to go into the portfolio and see what their child is learning and doing at school. This will allow the children to share and retell their story with their families. My students are very proud of their work; they are never tired of performing and retelling the same stories over and over again. With the help of an iPad it will bring their stories to life an give them the opportunity to can go back and relive the memories. With your generosity and donations, we can capture these memorable moments.
