Our elementary school is located in a rural area, and serves approximately 580 students, in pre-kindergarten through 5th-grade. Approximately 73% of our students receive free or reduced meals. Our children are most eager to learn, when hands-on or exploratory activities are presented. Our school is seeking to encourage our students to think critically and creatively about the world around them. Our school community is working together as a team, to expand the opportunities that students have in the STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

About my class
