I have a total of 7 students in which as have autism. My school is in a high poverty area and the district cannot afford to provide for all of their needs. We are Title I and 100% free/reduce lunch. My students are classified under the severe low functioning category, meaning they struggle with basic communication and every day living. However, they are a very lively bunch that is a joy to be around.
