I have requested materials and manipluatives that will assist my students in developing their oral language, fine motor, social and communication skills. My students are learning to share and play together and these items would be great for them. The feel and find sensory tubs that I have requested will be essential to my students with Autism, who sometimes seek sensorial experiences. Snap bots, play dough, and connector builders will help work on their fine motor skills and stronger muscles. Counting manipulatives will be a fun and learning opportunity. The manipulatives requested will be used everyday in my class to help promote my students learning, social development, communication and fine motor skills.
