These highly specialized functional skill units require that I print off (in color) vocabulary boards, create individual booklets, and also print pages where students literally cut and glue images to show understanding. My non-verbal students will benefit from the colorful images and be able to learn about the Constitution, The Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence. With this color printer I can print off the highly specialized lessons for my autistic and non-verbal students, so that they can participate, show progress, and develop a deeper understanding of the world. It is very important that these be in color, because some of the activities use color-coding to support the students in their learning. A color printer and ink is essential in creating these highly engaging activities.
