I believe kindergarten students learn best when they are involved in engaging lessons that allow them to work hands on with the materials. Due to the pandemic, many children missed out on in-person instruction which fosters Social and emotional skills, Language skills, Math Concepts, Literacy Skills, Creativity, and Problem-Solving. The activities that I have requested will help my students move forward in achieving these skills. In center work station time as well as small group instruction time. These activities will help my students master letter identification, letter sounds, word blending, letter writing, number recognition, number counting, patterning, and fine motor practice with building. I am certain that these interactive activities will help my students learn and grow as individuals and as a peer group.
