My multicultural classroom is made up of a very diverse group of kindergarten students. They love to do hands on STEAM activities and are learning to work together in pairs, small groups and whole class. Science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics are incorporated in lessons and implemented in quarterly STEAM projects. Classroom teachers, engineering, art and music teachers collaborate to build on standards being taught in the classroom. The students love to draw blue prints and create something new. Students do this by using the Bashaw Engineering Design Process and attend Engineering classes. Whenever it is engineering day they cheer. My students love to be independent and work in centers. We need an iPad to help us disco er new technology in while group and small group lessons
