These medicine balls will be used by all my students to help gain muscles and endurance during PE. We will use them for relay tosses, partner exercises as well as adding weight to body weight exercises. This will help students expand their knowledge of body parts and movements while using this equipment. Not only are they a great way to workout, but they are even more exciting when students are working together to complete exercises. The team building and teamwork that can be done with these medicine balls will help students learn how to communicate with one another in an effective manner.
