All of these materials will make for a creative and comfortable classroom. My students love to read, so all the variety of books I asked for will expand our classroom library and give students more choices. Some of those choices will now include more nonfiction books. I asked for different color book bins and book ends to make it easier to organize the books so that students can access them a lot quicker. With all of these materials I hope to promote a life long love for learning! The rug I requested will give them a clear idea of where they may sit in the classroom library while also making it a more colorful and inviting space. The book box sets will allow them to read their favorite series which include: Dork Diaries, My Weird School, The Magic Tree House, and Captain Underpants. Several of the books I added focus on the lives of important people of different races. I hope to use these in my classroom to inspire my students to keep working towards their goals. I added a set of stools that will allow my students to be more comfortable during small group instruction. Being comfortable will help increase their focus and overall success. The timer will give the students a visual of how much time they have left when working on timed assignments. Lastly, I added some skill-based game sets to help keep them engaged and excited about learning while practicing important skills.The games cover skills such as spelling and context clues. This allows them to learn while they play! Your generous donations will improve my students' learning by providing them with the tools needed to succeed. Together we will help create stronger and more fluent readers in a cool, calm, and creative environment!
