As many of you know, I finished my first year of teaching in the classroom in June. It was a tough, but rewarding experience. I learned so much about my students, and how they learn. There are several different styles for learning (auditory, visual, etc.). This new school year needs to adjust how we teach, so that all students can benefit from online learning. During the transition from being in-person to online learning, the social aspect of education was lost. With these white boards, it will make lessons more engaging. Students will write answers to show their thinking (for me). There will also be times of breaking the class into groups, and these boards can help the students communicate answers or ideas. These boards can also be used for drawing pictures (which will aid different learning styles).
