I am interested in providing my students with a flexible seating arrangement. These seating options will provide them with ways to calm down and focus more attentively. This will fully support my numerous Special Education students to comfortably finish their work by eliminating possible negative sensory attributes. Giving the option to choose your seat will give the students independence and control over their learning. Students will be able to use these around the room as well as their chairs. Students are on the floor often and this provides a barrier from the cold floor as well. I think they will love the idea of a choice and a comfortable one at that!
