The leveled fiction and non-fiction books will help my English Learners achieve their reading goals and become lifelong readers. Reading will improve their English vocabulary acquisition, fluency, and comprehension. Also, the books will be used for Literature Circle discussions to help them practice their English listening and speaking skills. "The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." - Dr. Seuss The comfy seats will be used to have a welcoming reading library, where students will practice independent reading and shared partner reading. At the round tables students will have their Literature Circle discussions with their groups and use them during literature stations.
