Our 2nd grade classroom is full of a wide range of students. There are many different ability levels and interests. We have four different native languages in our classroom. Many of the students ride on buses from around the city to attend our public school. The students love using technology. We have had old worn out computers in our room - some that don't even connect to the Internet. Even so, the students are always excited to have the chance to do a project or activity on the computers. We just received a set of iPads to use in our classroom that will help to replace our worn out computers. When we found out we would be getting these tools, the students asked almost every day about their impending arrival. They can't wait to start using the iPads in our learning!
