These infrared thermometer guns will help me provide hands-on, relevant science experiences for my students. We can use them to explore the scientific method, states of matter, weather, chemistry, and so much more. I want to add more hands-on STEM experiences for my students. The legos will give them opportunities be become more creative and collaborative problem-solvers. I plan on using these a tool to help the students learn the engineering process. I will give the students a task or problem to solve, and then the students will be able to use these materials to show their solutions. I plan on sharing these materials with the other teachers in my grade.
