Learning is maximized when we feel comfortable and relaxed. Individual leaning styles impact a child's learning. Scoop chairs, wobble chairs and lap desks will help the children make individual choices for their own learning. Flexible seating will enhance learning., Children can work on the floor with a lap desk or in a scoop chair with a clipboard. While another child may choose to sit in a wobble seat and use the top as a writing surface. The goal is to enhance learning and have achievement maximized! Some children like to learn standing, sitting, rocking, twisting or kneeling. Some bodies remain still while others need to move. These items will help them learn in the way that is best for them. "learners are now designers of their own education."
