After the past year and a half students have become very comfortable with technology. Even though we are back to in-person learning (thank goodness) technology is needed for students to access learning at their level and improve engagement. An iPad would help my students access books at any level, access audio books, instantly have access to videos that would explain concepts and a way for students to demonstrate what they know independently. Many of my students have difficulty with communication and an iPad could help them communicate with peers and adults.
