Hello! I have tried desperately to get tables from other sources. I tried to use dining tables for my third graders to save money, but they are not working out the way I had hoped. I have done my research to support the use of tables in a classroom. I look forward to the collaboration they encourage, the space they will allow in our classroom, and the increased organization that will result when students have a more limited space to store (and stash!) excess materials. There is little funding for necessities like books, so funding tables through the school budget is not possible. Each table costs around $300, and we would need 4 to accommodate a typical class size. I am so hopeful someone will read our plight and wish to support us as we seek a better learning environment for our classroom. Thank you in advance for anything you are able to offer.
