My 8 preschool students have a variety of special needs. Children in my classroom have academic, social, physical and communicative disabilities that make participating in traditional format curriculum both challenging and frustrating. For my students to comprehend a skill, they need multiple opportunities at hands on activities that they can practice independently after being introduced to a skill. We love art, music, play and movement in our classroom and try to incorporate them into every day.

About my class
