My class currently consists of eighteen kindergarteners in a Title I school in an urban area in Texas. We have eleven boys and seven girls. They come to school every day eager to learn and ready for a new challenge. Their faces light up when we find a new SMARTboard activity, and in the first three weeks of school, they are becoming quite skilled at navigating it.
