Often, the school day can become boring. Especially, for middle schoolers! With the your help and the help from Breakout EDU (a learning platform that creates escape room clues), I hope to create a game-filled environment that my students will love! The students will get a problem/story and will need to solve clues to unlock the metal lock box and bag. The clues are educational and all students will need to work together to solve them - building 21st Century skills. The different games have clues that are either virtual or physical. The clues link up to the different locks that have different codes set by me. All the different locks will be used for this. The hasp is to attach the locks to the metal box and/or the small lock bag (some programs have more than one lock box). In the box there will be signs saying 'We Escaped!" This environment is challenging, educational, collaborative, and FUN! We tried a few escape rooms last year and they were a hit, but I wished I had more than one kit. That way I can make sure all students are involved. With your help, I can make that possible! I can't wait!
