Technology is all around us. However, many of my students don't have computers at home or rarely allowed to use them. In my classroom, we do not have any student computers. Over half of our school receives free or reduced lunch. I would like to give my students a chance to use technology on a daily basis. I see how excited they get to use my computer for small tasks. I would like to allow them to be in control of their own learning through student kindles.
