I am a Gifted Education Teacher at the elementary school level. My classroom consists of identified gifted and talented students following the Autonomous Learner Model. Through this structure, students are encouraged to learn about themselves, and explore topics and experiences in passion areas! Every year, I attempt to incorporate STEM experiences inside the classroom and through class trips. I also work on collaborative gaming, where students learn to work as a team to achieve a common goal.
