The six stools will be used as flexible seating options for my students. Two stools will be used at desktops computers that are located within the classroom. Students complete individualized task at the computers. The other 4 stools will be placed at a small group table that students use to work together on assignments and projects. Many of the students who come to my room have difficulties using the conventional metal chair. When a student is uncomfortable they often loose focus and do not reach their full potential on an assignment. These stools create a flexible and non threatening environment for students to collaborate with each other at the table and work individually at the computers.
