These items/materials I am requesting will benefit my students in the classroom each and every day. Sensory items help my students to relieve their stress, anxiety, and frustration. My students take frequent breaks in between their assignments and rather than letting them hop on a tablet, sensory items give them a break from the screen. Light covers give my kids with autism a calmer setting and my kiddos with visual impairments something less harsh to look at. Adaptive scissors allow my students with fine motor delays to be able to participate in activities more independently. Every item that is requested has a purpose and will benefit each and every one of my students. Hands on learning is NECESSARY and helps us to reach our goals. We need your help to get these beneficial materials to use in the classroom!
