About my class

Audiobooks help with building reading proficiency by increasing student's access to sophisticated vocabulary. Studies prove that students who listen to audiobooks gain just as much comprehension as reading a book, yet audiobooks reach all students, no matter the learning curve or disability. With the subscription to Tales2Go, all students and teachers in my school will have unlimited, simulations access to over 10,000 ebooks at home and school from any device, including their school issued ChromeBook. Not only will access and use of the audiobooks help students develop important reading skills, but also support reading enjoyment! According to NAEP, 79% fourth graders from low-income households are considered below proficient in reading. With your donation to this project, we can help prevent the students of my school from falling into this statistic by providing them with enjoyable audiobooks that build a love of reading!
