The students at the Employment & Transition Program are hardworking and future-oriented young adults who spend their mornings learning valuable job skills and their afternoons engaged in community activities to build life skills. Our classroom at ETP currently serves 45 students who have a wide array of intellectual and developmental disabilities. These students are between 18-21 years old, and they are ready to begin paid employment! Their unpaid internships in the community are the foundations of their successes as they gain independence, and as they transition into the world of adult services. ETP students work hard, but they also have a lot of fun while at school. Our classroom is filled with laughter, dancing, delicious food, teamwork, and personal growth.
