This project will help to update two school library collections that are over 50% outdated with books 10+ years old. Also, there are barely a hand full of books that reflect the students they serve. This project seeks to remedy these situations. This project will help reawaken the love of reading for the students, which will improve their skill development in reading and help them to grow. The majority of the books are chapter books because interest in reading wanes around the third grade, Books that are on the 3+ level make up the majority of outdated titles. This project will help to revive the library.
