I work at a Title I school and teach a very diverse group of students. My students come in to my classroom knowing that I provide a safe space for them to learn and an environment that feels like a community. My classroom is set up to encourage co-operative learning and independence. We use tables to allow students to move around easily and encourage working together with positive communication. I have a few other seating options throughout the classroom. I want my students to be motivated to learn!
