The Chromebooks will enable me to teach my students, in small groups, how to effectively use the Internet to find information and resources that will help them grow as learners. They will also allow them to utilize the reading program that my school is participating in. Since the program offers competitions (with really cool rewards, like free tickets to basketball games!), they will have a fighting chance to win and be extrinsically rewarded for their hard work, as well! I plan to work with small groups, of ten students each, three times a week to teach them the technological skills they need to succeed.

About my class
