Hello! Thank you for your interest in our class! As a Title I school, many of my students' math and reading abilities/levels are drastically below the third grade level and opportunities for reading at home with a parent are few and far between. It is my goal to increase each of my student's reading levels this year while building their confidence and love for reading. I operate my class on the belief that students learn best when they are involved and active. "Tell me and I'll forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I WILL learn." My students need more hands on materials to better support their learning and to make learning more memorable and applicable to real life. Thank you for your support!
