"I can't hear you!" is something that we often hear in classrooms when children are doing classroom presentations in front of their peers. Many students get quiet and unless you are right in front, you will not be able to hear what they are talking about. Building self confidence in children at an early age is important to help them become successful. With this microphone and speaker system, students will be able to clearly make presentations and be able to be heard from across the room. Students will learn to feel comfortable standing in front of others and giving their presentations. Students may also use this system to read to the class their favorite story. I believe this will be a fun goal for students to want to achieve. We could also use this microphone/speaker system to sing along with some of our favorite kindergarten songs throughout the day. How fun would it be to sing the days of the week on a microphone? The students would love to lead their peers in those songs.
