Technology is everywhere today, and I would love to have more of it in my Physical Education classes! Currently, I incorporate technology through videos and Just Dance, but there is so much more I could do if I had the tools needed. With an iPad, I could use the many apps now available for teaching and tracking fitness, nutrition, games, assessments, and so much more! Many students have the needed technology at home and would be able to take home what they learn in PE and get their families involved in their fitness. With obesity being a national problem, we need to be able to reach our students in new and innovative ways. With your help, I will be able to do this.
