The Sand and Water Play Table will enhance my lessons so my students can learn about our themes in a new way. They can dive deeper into their learning by using their hands and learning through sensory, tactile play. These fine motor, hands-on activities are essential to developing my preschoolers and guiding them to investigate and explore new things. Having a sensory table will provide an opportunity for each individual to learn through play. There are numerous benefits to having a sensory bin in a preschool classroom, it increases problem solving skills, motor skills, language development, academic skills, and using all 5 senses.
