My students will have the opportunity to study the human body from a life-size model in the classroom. I have several lab activities planned to help them understand how our body works, and for many, this may be the only opportunity they will have to see how intricate our bodies are in person. Like many of us, it is hard to understand something you can't see and I feel my students will benefit greatly by having this model at their fingertips. My goal is to equip my students with the knowledge they need to excel in their high school biology class and a foundation to continue their education in college. By using this model, they will develop the skills needed to encourage them to pursue biology careers in the future.
