I teach K to 8th grade music students at a schools that is 86% poverty level and 45% English Language Learners. In addition, 57% of my students are diverse learners. I teach multiple classes of students with Severe/Profound, Moderate Cognitive, and Cross Categorical impairments as well as their General Education counterparts. Because so many of my students have special needs, I must find tools to accommodate their cognitive, motor, physical challenges as they learn to play instruments and participate in classroom musical activities. Please help me build a hands-on classroom by funding my projects. My district has little money to support 'extras' for any subject area. I appreciate any amount you're willing to give to support my music program. No amount is too small!
