I have 19 bright, funny, and hard-working kindergarteners. They are hungry for knowledge, books, and love. They attend a public school in an area with high-poverty. The school itself is full of amazing teachers that go above and beyond the calling for each student. The children are truly resilient as sometimes they are dealing with things that are beyond their years, and I am constantly impressed by their academic performance.
