The RCA Experience is composed of highly skilled educators who use a variety of techniques to transform the classroom. I will receive training on how to implement a culture and climate for success in my classroom. This professional development will give me the tools to embrace diversity, ignite passion for learning and promote academic discussions. My students will benefit by receiving instruction that contains refreshing ideas and new concepts that will put them on a path to obtaining academic success.The RCA Experience is highly beneficial because it will give me the opportunity to reflect on how to improve my instruction. Ron Clark Academy will not only provide a dynamic learning experience for myself but for my students as well.
