My kindergartners come to school excited to learn a different language, their ABC's, numbers, and being a student. They are discovering their best type of learning style. Kindergartners need to move around a lot in order to learn. They need many options that are safe in order to discover their best potential. All students will benefit from wobble chairs, bouncy balls, and bean bags. There may be days when they feel like seating close to the ground on a bean bag. The next day, they may choose to sit up higher on a wobble chair and that is okay. Students need to understand that they have the power in making choices that will help them reach their best potential. This flexible seating will give my students the opportunity to choose and soar as they begin to explore the best way of learning for them. Thank you!
