It is a struggle to create new centers that will be engaging for the students especially for kindergarteners. One thing the children love is when I can incorporate technology into some of these centers. Allowing them to practice literacy and math skills they have been taught during whole group is very important so they can apply these skills in a fun and engaging way. These will be used during centers so the students can use the interactive numbers and letters to build words, practice reading, compare numbers, create math equations, and to have greater number sense in the classroom. My students are noticeably more engaged and excited to practice their skills when I can use the technology they already love in a new and exciting way. Please help me provide my students with the opportunity to practice their literacy and math skills in an engaging and fun way!!
