My classroom is a vibrant, exciting space. It is truly a learning lab where students are allowed to explore and inquire about a variety of topics and engage projects that provide choice and challenge beyond their regular classroom. I serve 2nd, 3rd & 4th grade gifted & talented students at two elementary schools in my district. Our curriculum is driven by design challenges that incorporate the arts and engineering. Some of our units of study include Spanish language & culture, geography, Shakespeare, forensic science and a variety of visual and performing artists.
