My students need 5th grade level novels. I have moved to a new grade and I have no fifth grade level novels and need help getting these resources. Education is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students so I found two captivating novels thats are historical fiction to tie to our US History curriculum in social studies. Students in my classroom will use these to explore just how cool US history and presidents are by reading George Washington's Sock and Chasing Lincoln's Killer. My school media center doesn't have a large collection of historical fiction books, so I would like to have books will hold their interests and help history come alive in my classroom.

About my class
