My students attend a Dual Language Charter School. We provide quality instruction in English and Spanish. The students are in full day kindergarten where half the day is in English and is then mirrored in Spanish. My students are typical five- and six-year-old children who are learning about personal space and boundaries. They enjoy listening to stories as well as reading to each other. The students love lying on the carpet to read books. It is a space that provides comfort to them. We are a Title I school and the students benefit from consistency which we strive to provide for them.
