My elementary school general music students are bright, full of energy, hungry for music, and come for all different types of backgrounds and economic situations. We have been learning things like the four ways we use our voices, a steady beat, presto/largo, forte/piano, quarter notes, eighth notes, quarter rests, half notes, half rests, bar lines, a few notes on the piano and chords on the ukulele, just to name a few. Our school teaches our students to be "global citizens" with a world-view, and prides itself in having a very diverse demographic of students and families.

About my class
