Hello! Thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Katie Wells and I am a teacher at Esther F. Garrison School for the Arts. I teach middle school English Language Arts and Communication Arts. When I decided to stop thinking about teaching and take the ultimate plunge to leave my career doing the things I now get to share daily, it was Garrison School for the Arts that I knew I wanted to call home. I am fortunate to find myself at Garrison, where each child's potential is activated through strong ARTS programs, and where all students are given the opportunity to thrive in the educational environment, as well as their creative major. I LOVE working with all the disciplines through the Communication Arts classes (6th,7th, & 8th grades) and my two English classes (6th & 7th grades). The projects I post are meant to enrich my student's learning and provide additional access to certain items.
