Having taught for eight years, most of the classroom supplies that I started out with, are broken and unusable now. I would like to start next school year with brand new supplies and make my classroom a welcoming environment for my incoming fourth graders. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The rug will be placed in the library and will make that space even cozier for independent reading time. The markers will be used during math and vocabulary lessons. The organizational baskets will be placed by my desk and will help my students and me be more organized and will help the classroom run smoothly from day to day. The different work and seating options will be so helpful for when students move around the room and work independently or in partners. This is their favorite part of the day and I'd like to have more seating options for them.
