For my project, I am asking for a classroom set of new student desks. I know that this project is very expensive, but the desks can be used for many years to come. We will be very thankful if we receive our desks. "Education is our most powerful weapon for changing the world"—Nelson Mandela. My students are using long tables right now. Although we are very blessed to have the tables, it is hard for the students. The desks will give the students their own space and a place to put their things. We are being positive and trying to rebuild our classroom one step at a time.
