Flexible seating allows students to do their work where they feel comfortable. Allowing them to choose where they work best will help them be more efficient and be more focused as they are not distracted by how uncomfortable they are. All students have different needs. It is my job to help each of them be the best learners and students. Some students prefer standard desks and chairs, but others feel more comfortable in wobble seats to get their energy out or cushions on the floor to feel grounded and at ease. Flexible seating options can be expensive as a first year teacher having to buy everything my kids need. Thank you for the consideration.
